Trosc.fun is a free Easter game. We collect the bare minimum of data, strictly necessary for the game to work:
- Nickname — chosen by you, stored locally and on the server for leaderboards.
- Game stats — wins, losses, achievements.
- Anonymous identifier — a randomly generated ID for counting online users (contains no personal data).
2. How We Use the Data
Data is used exclusively for:
- Running the real-time multiplayer game.
- Displaying leaderboards and achievements.
- Counting online users.
3. Data Storage
Local data (nickname, settings, theme) is saved in your browser's localStorage. Leaderboard data is stored on secure servers (Upstash Redis) with TTL (automatic expiration).
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Trosc.fun uses localStorage to save your settings (theme, nickname, stats). We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
5. Data Sharing
We don't sell, share or transmit personal data to third parties. The services we use (Pusher for WebSocket, Vercel for hosting) process technical data according to their own privacy policies.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data — see your profile in the app.
- Delete data — clear localStorage from your browser or contact us.
- Rectify data — change your nickname at any time.
